The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our 1st shift team. We specialize in providing personalized, high-quality care to individuals with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions.

Shift Available
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you’ll play an essential role in helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
- Assist with transfers and mobility using mechanical lifts and other approved equipment.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, neurological, or muscular conditions to the nursing team.
- Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Follow infection control guidelines and established safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
- Previous experience working with individuals with neuromuscular conditions is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical lifts is a plus; willingness to learn is required.
- Knowledge of cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including assisting with resident mobility and transfers, with appropriate equipment and established safety procedures.
Work Environment
This is an in-person, hands-on position at the Margaret E. Moul Home in a specialized long-term care setting. CNAs work directly with residents and alongside a dedicated nursing and healthcare team throughout the shift.
