We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our amazing Affiliate team!


As a Senior Associate, Affiliate & Performance Partnerships, you will receive on-the-job training and development in the affiliate marketing landscape, partnership strategies, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, data analysis, and communications.


This role reports to a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director.


Responsibilities


A Senior Associate, Affiliate & Performance Partnerships is responsible for supporting the execution of affiliate and performance partnership marketing programs across a variety of industries and service platforms.


External Relationship Management:


  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to agenda development, reporting, and audit presentations.
  • Contribute well-supported ideas and recommendations to strategic planning discussions.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Strategic Focus:


  • Work closely with Affiliate team members and collaborate across performance marketing channels, including Paid Search, SEO, Social, and Retail Media, to support integrated marketing plans.
  • Develop an understanding of how the Affiliate channel contributes to broader digital performance marketing strategies and how it differs from other channels.
  • Quickly learn client business objectives and contribute to achieving campaign goals and KPI deliverables.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Execute placement bookings, reporting, text-link implementation, and partner onboarding and offboarding activities.

Delivery:


  • Support the planning and execution of affiliate campaigns, including daily account management, account growth initiatives, project organization, and internal and external communications.
  • Audit, review, and analyze reports and support optimization efforts to achieve campaign objectives and performance goals.
  • Contribute to revenue growth in alignment with client KPIs, objectives, and approved strategies.
  • Leverage data and technology to identify solutions, answer business questions, and improve campaign performance.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LiftLab, and Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications:



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing within a performance marketing agency, affiliate or partnership network, influencer marketing environment, or in-house brand team.
  • 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Partnerships, Performance PR, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Network Management (Impact.com and Rakuten Advertising), or a related field.
  • Experience contributing to revenue growth while maintaining ROAS goals in retail or subscription-based ecommerce environments.
  • Working knowledge of one or more affiliate platforms, including Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ, or Rakuten Affiliate Network (RAN). Experience with Forensiq is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex data sets and invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail in areas such as creative approvals, budgeting, contracting, and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated interest in affiliate and partnership marketing.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, industries, and guidelines effectively and apply that knowledge to support business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CPA optimization strategies, publisher negotiations, benchmarking, and performance reporting, including metrics such as lead generation, return on ad spend (ROAS), accounts opened, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Interest in the Financial Services sector, including banking, money transfer, lead generation programs, subscription-based business models, and content syndication partnerships.
  • Interest in leveraging content to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.



The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 -$65,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
