Our partner primary schools in Grays are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality classroom cover across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Supply Teachers play an important role in maintaining continuity of education, delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring pupils remain focused and supported throughout the school day. Contract duration: Ongoing Contract type: PART_TIME - Hours: 08:15-3:15pm Age groups: Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 The ideal candidate should be committed and comfortable working with pupils in a Primary School setting. This position would suit a confident and professional teacher who enjoys the flexibility and variety that supply teaching offers. You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will be able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and staff, adapt to different classroom environments and maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour management. Candidates must hold a minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSE in English and Maths and ideally have access to their own transport to travel between schools in Grays and the surrounding areas.
