Description
Dear applicants, please keep in mind that applications without provided salary expectations and active LN profile will not be considered. Hope for your understanding.
We are hiring Senior Software Engineer to help shape and scale a mission-critical fintech platform serving millions of consumers. Rather than hiring into a single predefined team, candidates will go through one unified process and be matched with the team where they can create the most impact. Senior Engineers here are backend-leaning but comfortable across the stack, owning product outcomes—not just tickets. You will influence architecture, mentor peers, and build scalable systems that directly improve users’ financial lives. This is a high-ownership role in a product-driven engineering culture that values clarity, craft, and long-term thinking. The position is hybrid in NYC and suited for engineers who combine strong system design skills with a product mindset.
