POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Product and Labeling Inspector safeguards product quality and manufacturing readiness by coordinating end-of-line inspection, labeling, packaging, and product transfers. In Empower’s hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment, this individual contributor owns accurate execution against master batch records and established procedures, rejects nonconforming units, and maintains reliable documentation. The role connects daily production priorities with patient safety, quality, and delivery outcomes, using sound judgment to identify deviations and coordinate timely, appropriate resolution. As a technical resource and secondary contact to the Product and Labeling Supervisor, the inspector trains and mentors colleagues, supports packaging equipment qualification, and strengthens consistent work practices. Success requires disciplined execution, practical problem-solving, and rapid learning as demands evolve, translating process observations and LEAN improvement activities into efficient workflows without compromising inspection accuracy, safe handling, or compliance.
