Job purpose:

We are looking for a Transformation & Project Manager to lead strategic supply chain transformation initiatives and capital investment projects that support the growth and evolution of our business. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, from concept development and business case creation to implementation and performance tracking, while partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and Technical teams. You will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, productivity improvements, and sustainable business growth through effective project management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

What you will be working on:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation and capital investment projects across the Supply Chain organization.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed objectives.
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, financial analyses, and implementation plans to support strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate capital expenditure (Capex) planning, approval processes, budget tracking, and project governance.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and dependencies while proactively addressing challenges and roadblocks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness through transformation initiatives.
  • Lead supplier engagement activities, including sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and purchasing processes.
  • Monitor project financial performance and provide regular reporting on budgets, investments, and project outcomes.
  • Facilitate change management efforts to support organizational readiness and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices across teams and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, project governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What makes you a good fit for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or Operations.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation, capital investment, or logistics projects in a multinational environment.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and investment proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other Supply Chain systems (WMS, Supply Planning tools).
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Opportunity to grow and learn in a company that puts people first;
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, regularly analyzed and improved;
  • Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs;
  • Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning;
  • Working in a hybrid environment with flexible hours;
  • We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among other.
