Role Purpose

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large, complex Electronic Tolling projects from design and build through successful completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping intelligent mobility solutions that improve transportation experiences around the world.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful closure of Electronic Tolling projects while aligning outcomes with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Manage and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a focus on business value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities proactively and implement effective mitigation and management strategies.
  • Oversee contract fulfillment while driving proactive claim and change management activities.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery and accurate financial reporting.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and requirements.
  • Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions to maintain schedule, scope, and budget objectives.
  • Provide regular project status updates, reports, and insights to senior management and clients.
  • Contribute to the successful deployment of tolling solutions that support safer, smarter, and more efficient mobility systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading large, complex Tolling projects from design and build through completion.
  • PMP or IPMA project management certification, or the ability to obtain certification within the first six months.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of IT and telecommunications technologies, software engineering practices, and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working on P3 projects.
  • Agency experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
