Are you a good match?

You have professional experience in a contact center, customer service, retail, or eCommerce environment.

You have comfort with virtual client interactions and sales.

You have ability to quickly absorb extensive information and adapt to various situations.

You have experience using Salesforce, CRM, SAP, or other comparable email and chat management tools plus.

What are we expecting from you?

• Advise selling and clienteling: You will drive sales and cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service; developing and executing a clienteling plan for the clients and prospects. You will assist with special projects, as needed and capture client data, effectively utilizing the tools. You will display strong selling and negotiating skills; overcoming objections and asking probing questions to close sales and gain understanding of client needs and motivations.
• Understand and answer client expectations: You will handle & solve client inquiries and comfort with outbound calls to continue client relationships. You will provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via email, chat, and social media, meeting our service expectations and follow-up client satisfaction KPIs and answer clients following their questionnaire feedbacks & handle positive action cards.
• Maison identity and expertise: You will know the Maison’s products & history to confidently provide advice to customers and stay abreast of launches, campaigns, and internal processes.
• Client Experience & customer service: You will guarantee consistency across the different channels (online retail, boutiques network) and be responsible for CS activities & ensure customer service excellence. You will provide with care advise on creations, gather client CS information, register the products for repair / maintenance and communicate all relevant information in a pro-active way. You will drive client to boutique for CS activities allowed there when not possible via CRC service.
