Senior Contracts Manager

The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

• Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments 
• Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation
• Draft contracts and collate contract documentation 
• Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders 
• Draft contract documentation ensuring alignment with O&M's, delivery systems, generation equipment and installations 
• Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams 
• Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award 

 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

• Have experience as a Contracts Manager with increasing levels of responsibility in a consultancy or general contractor company 
• Have worked on large, complex projects, ideally data centres or other high tech experience  
• Have strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements 
• Have a working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies 
• Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills 
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing 
• Are detail oriented and quality focused
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
