B2B Marketing Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a creative, versatile B2B marketer who can write, design, and publish content that drives real business results. You will own day to day content execution across social media, our blog, and our website, working directly with our Head of Growth to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content performs in both traditional search and AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

What You Will Do

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels
• Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and messages and building relationships with our audience
• Write blog posts, articles, landing page copy, and email content for small business owners and franchise leaders
• Create content and campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline, including gated content, landing pages, and email nurture sequences
• Apply SEO best practices and emerging AI search (LLM) optimization strategies to increase visibility and traffic
• Design social graphics, blog images, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud, following Xendoo brand standards
• Build and update pages in WordPress and keep website content fresh and accurate
• Track content performance and lead results and share insights to improve outcomes
• Outreach strategies in digital and traditional formats. 

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• B2B marketing experience with a track record of creating content that drives lead generation
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work
• Working knowledge of SEO and how AI tools surface and cite brand content
• Experience creating and publishing pages in WordPress
• A self starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines

Big Pluses

• Design experience with Adobe Illustrator and Google Slides
• Experience with HubSpot, Semrush, or Google Analytics
• SaaS, fintech, or franchise industry experience

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
