Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care by:
Monitoring residents' conditions and assessing their healthcare needs
Observing and interpreting symptoms and promptly communicating changes to physicians
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and routine nursing procedures
Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
Promoting a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents
Qualifications
Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
