What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule appointments and coordinate front desk workflows
- Verify insurance and patient demographic information
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Help create a seamless, positive experience for every patient visit
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect patient privacy
- Professionalism, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training after hire
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of medical office, healthcare, or customer service experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, twist, and perform routine office duties
