In this role, you'll support the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, helping to deliver a high standard of service while developing your technical knowledge and experience. About the role
In this role, you'll:
- Support the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Assist with maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent levels of client service.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure work is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Help coordinate workloads and priorities to meet transactional, statutory and internal deadlines.
- Assist with monitoring work in progress and supporting debt collection processes where appropriate.
- Participate in the client acceptance and onboarding process.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support client and team objectives.
- Contribute to the effective running of the team by undertaking additional duties as required.
About you – essential requirements
- Previous corporate administration experience would be advantageous.
- Studying towards, or willing to study towards, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach, with a genuine desire to develop a career within financial services.
