We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Line Cook to help prepare meals and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you'll work in a fast-paced environment to prepare dishes that are both delicious and comforting, adhering to our established recipes and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the kitchen manager and chef.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Chop vegetables, butcher meats, and prepare sauces.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking necessary kitchen supplies.
- Work collaboratively with front of house staff to ensure that customer service standards are upheld.
Requirements:
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with industry’s best practices.
- Culinary school diploma preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Capacity to work under pressure during busy hours.
