The best leaders don't just run a shift. They raise the standard for everyone around them.
At Sparkle Express, our Assistant Managers lead from the front. You're not behind a desk — you're on the floor, alongside your team, setting the tone for every guest interaction and every sales conversation. You bring the energy that makes the whole site go.
We're growing, and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us.
What You'll Own:
- Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and keeping the site performing at its best.
- Leading by example — fast, friendly, and consistent service, every single shift.
- Coaching your team to hit membership and sales goals with confidence, not pressure.
- Solving problems quickly and calmly, so the team never loses its stride.
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and performance standards without being asked twice.
- Building the kind of team-first culture where people actually want to show up.
What We Offer You:
- $17.50/hr base pay + commission opportunities — your results have real earning power.
- Monthly performance bonuses when your site hits its goals — because your leadership deserves to be rewarded.
- Medical benefits available — we take care of our people.
- Paid vacation after one year — rest is part of performing well.
- Ongoing training and a clear growth path as Sparkle continues to expand.
What We're Looking For:
Previous leadership experience is required — but beyond that, we're looking for someone with a solutions-first mindset, genuine care for their team, and the confidence to drive results without losing the warmth that makes Sparkle, Sparkle. Strong communication, reliable attendance, and a calm head under pressure round out the picture.
At Sparkle, we care — about our guests, about the quality of the work, and most of all, about the people doing it.
