Role And Responsibilities

Join our team at Copenhagen Airport as a Customer Services Representative where you’ll play a key role in the delivery of CAE’s world leading training services. You’ll be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Instructors, customers, and guests, providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role we are offering you

• Act as the primary point of contact for training delivery at CAE’s Copenhagen centre
• Ensuring seamless running of the training centre and sessions, including room preparation and set-up
• Focussing on high quality customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensuring the training centre is well-presented, organized and fully stocked at all times
• Maintaining close collaboration with internal departments (training, Sales, Scheduling) to support client needs and solve queries or concerns.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in a customer service focussed role (eg. hotel industry, travel/ tourism, charter aviation, customer service representative)
• Experience in purchasing would be nice to have
• Proficient in English language (written and verbal)
• Proficient in either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (written and verbal) preferable
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word etc)

What else would be beneficial/ desirable?

• Ideally knowledge or experience of the aviation industry

This is a fully on-site role
