Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift: NOC (Night) Shift
Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 per hour

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time NOC shift. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the NOC shift.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Current and active California RN license.
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the overnight shift.
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Commitment to providing excellent resident care.
