We are especially interested in candidates who are bilingual and can confidently communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow strong customer relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice
- Identify lending needs and recommend solutions that fit each customer’s goals
- Originate, analyze, and manage loan requests while maintaining sound lending practices
- Review financial information, credit, and collateral to make informed lending decisions
- Partner with customers throughout the loan process, creating a smooth and positive experience
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish
- Grow business through networking, community involvement, and relationship development
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Stay current on lending regulations, compliance, and bank policies
What You Bring
- Previous lending experience with a strong understanding of credit and underwriting
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
- A relationship-first mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance business development with sound lending decisions
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
