What You'll Do


  • Offer complete technical help for the Aristocrat Gaming software and hardware range.
  • Engage in hardware and software deployment, configuration, and enablement for upcoming projects.
  • Conduct on-site work at customer venues to ensure successful implementation.
  • Liaise with internal resolver groups and collaborators to prioritize and bring up issues as needed.
  • Deliver in-depth technical product knowledge for Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) of new and current products.
  • Develop and conduct technical training programs to equip the team with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Support BETA trials by providing technical expertise during the take-to-market phase.
  • Offer pre and post-installation support for Aristocrat’s Venue Management Systems, Applications, and Web-based products.
  • Build and install software on gaming machines, workstations, and servers.
  • Manage client calls through our Call Management System (Salesforce) and update call tickets accordingly.
  • Ensure timely and impactful customer visits while maintaining a professional image.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, including Systems and Service Technicians, to meet client requirements.
  • Adjust to a dynamic, constantly evolving environment and contribute to the overall CXS strategy.
  • Maintain and support the internal OAT environment along with providing support to demonstrate AGE/AHG.

What We're Looking For


  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Having knowledge in both software and hardware is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build and configure operating system workstations and servers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CMS tools.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience in VMware, Linux, and Windows software being advantageous.
