SAP Logistic Specialist

Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

This position need support CN logistic and warehouse operation

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse & Logistics Operations

·       Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, distribution, and inter-warehouse transfers

·       Oversee return and exchange processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling

·       Support repacking operations, including:

o   Procurement of repacking materials

o   Execution and supervision of repacking activities

·       Provide warehouse-related product data and operational support, such as:

o   Product weight, packaging dimensions, and 6-sided images

o   Physical inspection, serial number, and barcode verification

·       Organize and manage inventory cycle counts and full stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy

2. 3PL Management & Logistics Performance

·       Lead daily operations management of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers

·       Define, monitor, and review KPI performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

·       Track and improve e-commerce logistics performance metrics (e.g., delivery service ratings, fulfillment efficiency)

3. Documentation & Compliance

·       Review, verify, and archive all logistics and warehouse-related documentation

·       Support periodic audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements

4. Cost Control & Contract Management

·       Manage logistics and warehousing cost reconciliation, payment application, and expense settlement

·       Lead RFQ/RFP processes for warehouse and transportation vendors

·       Manage contracts with logistics and transportation suppliers, including negotiation and performance evaluation

Educational Background & Work Experience Requirement

·       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

·       5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations

·       Experience managing 3PL vendors and contract logistics providers

·       Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

·       Familiar with e-commerce logistics operations is a plus

·       Careful and patient, customer oriented, good at working in pressure

·       Good speaking/written/read skill in English

·       Be proficient in operation skill on Microsoft, especially on excel, PowerPoint
