Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to report directly to our VP, People Business Partner. In this role, you will work hands-on with business line leaders and department heads to translate business strategy into impactful people initiatives. You will execute talent strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, lead HiPo retention programs, drive performance management, and elevate employee trust and engagement across high-growth business units.
This role requires a commercially minded, hands-on HR practitioner who can build strong relationships across teams, challenge stakeholders constructively, and turn workforce data into actionable business solutions.
- Business Unit Partnership: Act as the primary People Partner to SVPs, VPs, and functional leads, aligning workforce planning, headcount management, and org design with business goals.
- Handling Employee Relation cases in line with Indonesian labour law.
- Leadership Coaching & Development: Coach mid-to-senior managers on effective team management, performance feedback, succession planning, and driving high-performance cultures.
- HiPo Retention & Talent Reviews: Facilitate talent mapping and performance calibration sessions to identify, develop, and retain high-potential and business-critical talent through targeted growth plans.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Gauge team sentiment, address organizational friction, and execute proactive interventions to improve employee trust, retention, and overall engagement.
- Scalable People Operations: Drive seamless execution of annual performance reviews, promotion cycles, compensation alignment, and employee relations in close coordination with central People operations.
- People Analytics & Insights: Utilize People metrics (attrition rates, eNPS, time-to-fill alignment, performance distributions) to identify operational risks and inform business decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Technical Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower needs and strong candidate-to-employee integration.
