Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week; 75% facility, 25% remote

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
