- Setup Machine standard time, coordinating with other ADI's sites.
- OEE review and improvement.
- Time study, setup standard MMR and headcount analysis.
- Lean improvement and Kaizen projects.
- Cost saving analysis.
- Material handling design supporting to production.
- Apply automation to improve productivity.
