The Retail Specialist is the expert in an assigned department or specialized functional area, responsible for delivering distinctive guest experiences and drives sales results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
- Maximizing sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
- Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
- Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 21+ years of age
- Excellent English (additional languages are welcome)
- Strong retail background and knowledge of premium products at to the specialized area.
- Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
- Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
- A strong team player who is goal orientated
- Demonstrated track record for driving sales through building loyal customer relationships.
