Summary:
Responsible to ensure an adequate level of inventory by forecasting and executing inventory plan.Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review monthly forecast inventory per product and per channel.
- Monitor the performance of new products (sales vs. plan) and propose actions to prevent stock out.
- Communication with commercial and marketing areas to review inventory forecasting in general and specific (e.g., promotions).
- Review inventory requirements for projects.
- Communication with suppliers to manage incoming inventory arrivals (advance or delay).
- Create weekly and monthly orders to each supplier including third parties.
- Maintaining optimal system settings for material replenishment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Management or similar.
- One year of experience in inventory planning or related.
- One year experience using SAP ERP system desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Advanced written skills in English, spoken skills also desirable.
- Analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to manage several activities at once in a dynamic environment.
