We are seeking applications for the position of Safety for MML 10 & 12

 

Missions/Main Duties

Implement safety standards, policies and practices including safety management systems, training, and risk assessments.Daily visit at site and collect observation.Analysis of site activities, Hazard identification and finding solutions.Communicate to senior and make a report on alternate day basis.Checking of all relevant documents (permits, checklists, constr. vehicle documents). Investigate industrial accidents.

Ensure compliance and implementation of global safety programs and local regulatory legislation.

Consult and work with legal for safety regulations interpretations and investigations.

Develop and implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury. Develop safety plans for on-site emergencies, special events and other unique safety situations.Conducting Safety Committee Meetings with Site Safety Committee.Attending Clients Safety & Progress Review Meetings.Experience in improving work related promotional activities, experience in investigating work-related accidents, incidents, ill health reports and complaints.

 

Profile/Skills

 

Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience or Dimploma holder with minimum 8 years of experience.

Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.

Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.

Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
