We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the design and development of our next-generation, scalable web applications. This position requires a deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, including micro-frontends, server-side rendering, and advanced performance optimization. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our SaaS products and ensuring we deliver a world-class user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.
Develop and implement responsive, scalable, and performant user interfaces using React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Perform thorough testing and debugging (unit, integration, and E2E) to ensure reliability and usability
Stay current with evolving front-end technologies and bring improvements into the team’s workflow
Lead the architectural design and implementation of our micro-frontend strategy to enable independent team deployments and improve scalability.
Architect and manage complex application state using libraries like Redux or Zustand, ensuring predictability and maintainability.
Optimize application performance for Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to ensure a fast and smooth user experience for all our users.
Configure and maintain our frontend build pipeline using Webpack and Babel to streamline development and optimize production bundles.
Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability using Advanced TypeScript.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into well-engineered technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of architecting and building complex applications.
Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a proven track record of building performant, scalable apps
Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile-first design principles
Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
Experience with web performance optimization techniques (code-splitting, caching, lazy loading)
Expertise in React, Next.js, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.
Proven experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures.
Deep understanding of scalable state management solutions (Redux, Zustand).
Strong proficiency in TypeScript in a large-scale application context.
Hands-on experience with build tools like Webpack and transpilers like Babel.
Demonstrable experience optimizing for Core Web Vitals and overall frontend performance.
Solid understanding of SaaS product development cycles and environments.
Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks, particularly TailwindCSS, and UI component libraries.
