Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: ASVH-Flagstaff | 2100 N. Gemini Rd., Flagstaff, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends | No overtime

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and help patients regain independence through compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs, collaborate with PT, Speech, and Nursing teams, and support OT Assistants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy

• Active Arizona OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in rehab or long-term care preferred (entry-level welcome)
