Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, assembling furniture, and conducting basic repairs.
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of offices, restrooms, showers, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Assist in receiving, restocking, and tracking materials and supplies; notify appropriate staff of low inventory.
- Support occasional facility projects and repairs under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all areas of the facility.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Working knowledge of general housekeeping, cleaning methods, and basic maintenance procedures preferred
- General knowledge of building and equipment maintenance and repair preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance or janitorial operations preferred
- A valid driver’s license at the time of hire required
