Senior Engineer Electrical Failure Analysis including Complaint Management

Perform the role of customer complaint management and ensure 8D methodology is applied while handling the report generations for our customers Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps - you support the colleagues of our global production sites regarding problem-solving Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR) by using Tester such as V93K, Magnum, Teradyne Ultraflex, and bench analysis Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience and associated technical understanding 1-3 years of professional experience in the area of Electrical failure analysis, Product development, Product engineering, Quality or Complaint Management Good in critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills e.g., DOE, 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, 5-Why, Fish Bone, IS-IS NOT etc. Excellent communication and mediation skills as well as intercultural competence to successfully manage your stakeholders around the globe Good understanding in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl etc will be an added advantage Knowledge of handling automated test equipment (ATE) and bench equipment is encouraged to apply.
