C-Care Darne is currently looking for a Health Care Assistant
Reporting to the Head of Nursing, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to deliver the best possible compassionate basic nursing care to all respective patients.
What you will be doing:
- Assist the nursing team by helping with day-to-day care of patients, making sure they are comfortable and supported.
- Recognise and report any changes in patient condition to senior staff, helping to ensure high-quality care.
- Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to support a safe and effective environment.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and team members to support smooth care delivery.
- Help maintain accurate records, including patient information and care notes.
- Follow hospital procedures and healthcare regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment for everyone
What are we looking for?
- Basic Certificate in Health Care Support/ Assistance
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar post
- Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Customer Focused
Location: Floreal, Mauritius.
