For our operations at Schiphol Airport, we are looking for a proactive Turnaround Coordinator to help ensure a safe, efficient, and punctual airport operation.

What will you do?

Imagine flight OR396 to Curaçao ready for departure. Passengers are seated, the crew is prepared, and the clock is ticking. You are on the platform, keeping everything on track.

Within 45 to 90 minutes, a full aircraft must be unloaded, cleaned, restocked, loaded, and ready for departure.

You are the one who makes it all come together.

As a Turnaround Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate all turnaround activities on the platform;

• Continuously liaise with baggage, catering, cleaning, fueling, and technical teams;

• Monitor the schedule and adjust where necessary;

• Resolve unexpected situations quickly and decisively;

• Communicate clearly with cockpit and cabin crew;

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at all times.

This is not a desk job. This is operations. Action. Responsibility.

Who are you?

• MBO-4 diploma (preferably in logistics or aviation);

• Thrive in fast-paced environments and can switch effortlessly between different teams;

• Strong communicator who makes confident decisions;

• Stay calm under pressure and help others do the same;

• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• Flexible availability (38 hours/week, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays);

• Experience in aviation or logistics is a plus – motivation and drive matter just as much.

• Salary ranging from €3,150 to €4,348 gross per month (excluding allowances, based on 38 hours);

• Allowances for evening, night, and weekend shifts;

• 1-year contract with 2 months probation;
