Description
CARGO: Líder de Representante Enlist Norte - Cuiabá/MT
Primary Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the RTVE team to execute the Enlist trait penetration plan at both dealer and grower levels.
•Ensure the successful implementation of the Industry Value Capture Tracking System.
•Serve as a role model and mentor, providing coaching and guidance to sales representatives.
•Lead the Enlist Sales team in executing the annual Demand Generation Plan.
Requirements:
•7 to 10 years of experience in the Soybean Germplasm and/or Biotech Licensing market.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-performance teams.
•Preferred knowledge of Biotech Licensing.
•Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
•Strong commercial negotiation skills.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
