Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Workday implementations for clients, from discovery through to deployment.
Collaborate with clients to design, configure, and optimize Workday solutions tailored to their needs.
Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving.
Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met.
Provide high-level advice on process improvements and system optimizations to senior business leaders.
Experience, Academic Qualifications & Skills:
Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing projects and teams.
Expertise in Workday and its applications, with a deep understanding of HR systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at the senior executive level.
3-5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, specifically with Workday.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
