Local Truck Driver. AM/PM Shifts

Local Truck Driver
Drivers will be hauling auto parts locally out of a plant in Dry Ridge KY to another plant in Jeffersonville KY.
The driver will then bring empty return racks back to the plant in Dry Ridge. This is 191 miles round trip. Drivers are expected to run 2 round trips per shift. $12,000 sign-on bonus
• Average weekly pay is $1400 gross
Driver pay is .73 CPM         
• Currently set as live load and live unload. No touch.

REQUIREMENTS:

**MUST have a minimum of 3 full months solo Tractor Trailer driving experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months

We will also accept the following for experience:

• 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum

• 12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum.

• 24 months safe OTR experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum.

• 6 months local experience in the last 12 months

• 12 months local experience in the last 36 months
• All experience must be with trailers greater than 40 ft.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS ALL DOT RELATED SCREENINGS
• NO PRIOR SAFETY TERMS OR FAILED DT’S
• STABLE JOB HISTORY REQUIRED

• We are responsible for 38 loads per day. Load times vary every couple of hours throughout the day, so there will be different driver start times throughout the day\night. Start time will be determined once hired. It will 100% depend on shift availability at the time of hire. We will do our best to accommodate shift preference, but it is not a guarantee. Early morning & PM shifts available.
• Work Schedule will be based on a 5 day work week. The 2 days off per week will be the same, but will depend on the time slot drivers are assigned to.
• Slip seat day cab operation. Driver will need to drive their PV to work everyday & must have reliable transportation                         
• Sign-On Bonus Payout:
1st load- $500
30 Days- $500, then $1000 monthly for 11 months
