Responsibilities
▪ Responsible for the daily support for incoming leads for specific products of D&B and relating to the assigned account manager
▪ Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.
▪ Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.
▪ Building professional relationships with team internally ▪ Support the Sales team with contract drafting and documents preparation
▪ Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.
▪ Supporting with maintaining and updating the database. ▪ Helping with research and generating sales leads.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate
Work Experience: 1-3 years of similar experience
