Position Summary
The Chick-fil-A Hospitality Team Member (Front of House) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. This role represents the Chick-fil-A brand by demonstrating care, teamwork, and professionalism in every guest interaction.
Schedule: Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Job Functions

- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Prepare beverages, desserts, and condiments
- Assemble and deliver orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and front counter
- Assist guests with questions, menu options, and special requests
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and leadership teams
Physical Requirements (ADA Compliant)
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Bend, reach, and move throughout the restaurant
- Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state minimum age requirements)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- No experience required — paid training provided
