Job overview

 

The beating heart of Swissport Cargo is our Cargo office. Day and night, our customers come here to deliver and collect their freight. In this versatile and varied role, you are the point of contact for our customers, such as international air freight companies and large logistics companies. In this international environment, you ensure that all documentation and information for the cargo flights is checked and that all customs formalities are completed. You will join a close-knit and diverse team.

 

Your activities

• Being part of a close-knit team;
• Switching quickly and solving problems;
• Taking responsibility and helping international customers;
• Developing yourself in international air freight at Swissport, the market leader in ground handling.

Your profile

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level;
• Flexibility, stress resistance and a team player mentality;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• Willingness to work irregular shifts (three shifts per 24 hours)
• A few years of experience in a (similar) function and work environment (is a plus).

What we offer

 

• A starting salary from € 2,950, - per month excl. allowances;
• A position for 38 hours per week;
• You start with a one-year contract after which, if you perform well, it will be extended to an indefinite period.
• 25 vacation days per year;
• 8% vacation pay in May;
