About the role
The position of a Security Officer is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Customer service – responding to enquiries
Monitoring CCTV footage
Assisting the public
Escorting customers and clients around the premises
Conduct patrols both on foot and in vehicles
Aviation screening of passengers
Granting access to sites
Concierge services

What are we looking for in a candidate?
Transferrable skills such as customer service, hospitality and people focused roles
Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get yourself to and from work
Good communication skills – both verbal and written
Have unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 roster
