What You'll Be Doing

• Support underground mine planning and production optimization to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment utilization and reliability
• Conduct geotechnical assessments and contribute to ground control strategies
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Assist in regulatory compliance, reporting, and environmental stewardship initiatives

• Strong understanding of underground mining methods and safety practices
• Proficiency in mine planning software and data analysis tools
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Work Environment

• Fly in/out arrangements are not accommodated for this role.
• ​This role is based at our underground limestone mine in Cadomin, Alberta.
• The position involves working in a dynamic, hands-on environment with exposure to underground conditions, heavy equipment, and active production areas.
