The Role:

Teleperformance, in partnership with leading online food delivery company, Just Eat, have fantastic opportunities for ambitious individuals with excellent customer service skills to join us as New Business Sales Advisors. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from restaurants, selling them the benefits of signing up to Just Eat. You will explain the payment structure and contractual terms of joining, and suggest value add opportunities to them. You will manage your own workload and take responsibility for achieving and exceeding your targets whilst working as part of a high performing team that is full of people hungry to achieve success.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven customer service skills with upselling experience
• Excellent objection handling skills
• Target driven and a desire to succeed
• Similar experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous 
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage own workload
• Excellent customer service skills
• High levels of resilience when dealing with difficult situations
• Ability to multitask with excellent organisational skills

 

Key Duties:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to restaurants and selling them the benefits of joining Just Eat
• Take ownership for your work to meet and exceed sales targets
• Explain to restaurants the payment structure and contractual terms of joining Just Eat
• Consistently put customers first by actively listening to them, building their trust while understanding their needs
• Enthusiastically work as part of a high performing contact centre team on behalf of Just Eat
• Track and manage a pipeline of restaurants ensuring that you are not missing any opportunities

 

What we’re offering you:

• Start date: 20/06/2022
• Location: Work from home
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm No weekend working!
• Salary £18,525
