Job Description
- Deliver personal and branch Banca sales target by providing financial advice according to client’s needs and profile.
- Support Team Head / Group Sales Manager in driving referrals and branch activities.
- Drive / execute Banca sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities.
- Responsible and accountable on sales process, governance and compliance matter
Job Requirements:
- A recognized diploma / degree in any field. Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Sales for High Net Worth customer segment.
- Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target
- Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes
- Enjoy meeting people and influential in sales
