We are seeking an Associate with the desire or experience in transpiration law practice.
High-level Overview
Who You Are:
- You are already good and want to become great at what you do - litigate
- You have general litigation experience but a strong desire to practice transportation law OR
- You are experienced in transportation/trucking (a plus), bodily injury, product liability, and premises liability seeking more practice experience
What You Bring:
- 2-5 stable years of general litigation/defense experience - transportation (trucking defense) a plus
- Self-starter to proactively manage a litigation caseload, helping oversee cases from inception to close
- Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as conducting and defending depositions
- Strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission and good standing with the State of GA Bar
