Overview

As an Account Director, you will lead account teams in delivering strategic, integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will guide strategic planning, shape campaign vision, manage client relationships, inspiring and motivating teams with clarity of purpose and direction.

 

This role combines high-level client advisory, multi-channel campaign leadership, team management, and business growth responsibility. You are expected to influence client results, guide cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping the agency’s culture and priorities.

Financial Oversight• Responsible for the financial performance and growth of key accounts.• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and profitability of client engagements.
