- Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts
- Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan
- Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
- Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Champion Quality, Safety and Cost control
Requirements
- High Diploma / Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
- 5-8 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field
- Experience in lift/elevator industry is highly preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
- Able to work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
