We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver exceptional one‑on‑one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Associate’s degree required)

• Active Florida PTA License (Required)

• CPR Certification (Required)

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Experience

• Physical Therapist Assistant: 2 years preferred

• Home health experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the PT‑developed plan of care to improve functional mobility, strength, and safety

• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions

• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend modifications or equipment as appropriate

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Document all visits accurately and timely in the EMR

• Collaborate with the PT and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and home programs

• Willingness to travel within service area (25% preferred)
