- Be physically able to perfrom basic duties. This is a fast paced job.
- Be able to communicate with co-workers and customers in a positive and energetic manor
- Be willing and able to adhere to all policies and procedures of Toppers Pizza
- Be able to complete all training and pass all required testing
- Learn and perform all duties that pertain to serving our customers and maintain all standards and procedures. Basic tasks include but are not limited to: Taking orders, making and prepping food, tending ovens, cleaning and marketing.
- Represent Toppers Pizza with honesty and integrity.

- Use POS accurately and efficiently
- Operate all necessary store equipment: mixers, ovens, phones, makeline, etc.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- may be required several times per shift.
- Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in various work areas, bending, running, turning, twisting upper body, reaching, etc.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for a minimum of 4 hours.
