WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR PEDIATRIC SPEECH THERAPIST (SLP):
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient therapy to kids with autism, developmental disabilities, and delays
- Evaluate each patient's needs and establish a treatment plan
- Lead tailored therapy sessions to address areas like feeding, language, and speech
- Implementing the care plan while prioritizing each child's growth and well-being
What We Need From You:
- Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology
- Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one)
- Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children
- Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids
- Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality
- Social and creative mindset
- Self-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids
2+ years of related work experience and fluency in Spanish would be preferred but aren't required.
