Job Title: Yard/Warehouse/Forklift Associate

Established in 1981, CINFAB filled the need for a high-quality, competitively priced commercial HVAC sheet metal contractor. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Yard/Warehouse/Forklift Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in our warehouse and yard, including operating forklifts, handling inventory, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse and yard.
  • Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and yard.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid drivers license needed.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment is a plus.
  • Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment:

  • Inside and outside conditions but not required to remain out in extreme weather.
  • Average ambient temperatures between 0 and 110 degrees F. Regularly exposed to sunlight, dust and dirt.
 
 

Employment is based on successfully passing a background and drug test.
