Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP Integration Specialist with 6-8 years of experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI. The candidate will lead integration design and implementation efforts across full-cycle SAP projects, with expertise in creating and managing iFlows, handling complex integrations, and working with various SAP systems such as Hybris, CRM, and S/4 HANA. This role involves the end-to-end implementation of integration solutions, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with onsite teams to finalize technical solutions and support integration projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory)
- SAP PI/PO/CPI Experience: 6-8 years of experience in design, configuration, and administration of SAP PI/PO/CPI.
- iFlow Development: Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing iFlows using SAP CPI, including exception handling and working with local sub-processes.
- Integration Adapters: Extensive hands-on experience with adapters such as REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDOC, HTTP, JDBC, and Process Direct for message exchange.
- Data Mapping: Strong knowledge of graphical mapping, Java mapping, Groovy scripts, XSLT mapping, and handling various data conversions like JSON to XML and CSV to XML.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot integration issues related to middleware, data flow, and logical mapping issues in SAP PO and CPI environments.
- SAP ERP Modules: Understanding of SAP ERP modules such as REFX, FI, CO, and integration with SAP Cloud Commerce and S/4 HANA.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional)
- Cloud Integrations: Experience in integrating cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise systems using SAP CPI, with hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud Platform services like CPI-DS, SDI, and Open Connectors.
- BPM/BRM: Familiarity with SAP BPM/BRM for design, monitoring, and troubleshooting business processes.
- Service Management: Awareness of AMS processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management for production support projects.
- S4 HANA OData API: Basic knowledge of OData APIs in S4 HANA and experience with S4 HANA integration projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc./B.C.A degree from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI, including at least two full-cycle SAP implementations. 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI.
- Integration Expertise: Proven experience in developing integration solutions, iFlows, and handling adapters like REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, and IDOC.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a positive attitude with the capability to drive organization-wide initiatives.
- Preferred: Experience with AMS service processes, SAP Cloud Platform services, and Groovy scripting for integration flows.
